Binge watching season 4 of Homeland. Episode 6. Surely the sensible action was to take the shot! Even Saul would have agreed.
The CIA has a rare opportunity to kill Haissam Haqqani, their enemy number one, and Saul is now his prisoner. As the ex-director of the CIA he won’t have details of the latest operations but he is still a valuable intelligence asset that Haqqani can get useful information from.
